At NOIR, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our members. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. The company NOIR Network is because of simplicity from now on referred to as NOIR in the rest of this page. The privacy policy is subject to Dutch law and any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of them will be resolved in accordance with Dutch law.

 

1. COLLECTED INFORMATION

1.1. We collect personal information, such as name, email address, phone number and business information, when you become a member or register for an event. The payment system also asks for addresses, NOIR is not in the position to change this obligation. We may also collect information about your interests and preferences, and any other information you voluntarily provide to us.

 

2. USAGE OF INFORMATION

2.1. We use your personal information to provide you with access to our services, events, and community. We may also use your information to send you invitations for events and other activities, promotional emails, community updates and other communications. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by canceling your membership.

2.2. Not all communication will be through the official NOIR channels. It might be possible that members will receive messages from the personal phone numbers (WhatsApp accounts) or other personal communication channels of the NOIR team. This will in any case be related to NOIR activities.

2.3. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information to service providers who assist us in providing our services, such as event organizers or email marketing providers.

2.4. We may also disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to a court order or government request.

 

3. SECURITY

3.1. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use industry-standard security measures, such as encryption and firewalls, to protect your information.

 

4. YOUR RIGHTS

4.1. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You can do this by contacting us via our channels. Recommended is sending a message to the email address contact@noir-network.com or to our WhatsApp account +31 6 16 14 83 15. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information.
